Change Default Printer on Windows 11 Open Settings: Press the Windows key, and search Settings. Go to Printers & Scanners: Navigate to Bluetooth & devices (in Windows 11) or Devices (in Windows 10). Click on Printers & scanners. Allow Windows to manage my default printer Under Printer Preferences Turn "Allow Windows to manage my default printer" off Select Your Printer: Find the printer you want to set as default from the list.
