Click Save at the bottom right of the window.
You will receive a message saying that the order number is already in use.

Click Yes.
This warning is more for the LIVE system when an API integration is being used to make the user aware that we have a duplicate order number. It is not an issue for test jobs in UAT.
Enter the number of jobs required based on the information from the service desk ticket.
Number of people being trained x number of jobs each.

For this example, I will be entering 2.
Click OK.
You will see these jobs appearing behind the current window.

Close the job window by click the X in the tope right corner.
Note: If you do receive a message asking you save the job before closing the window, do so.
Left click on the Description field in the drag & drop section to arrange the trucks in to the required order.
Assign the required number of drivers to the Driver field, making you way down the page.

Drag the jobs from the top of the screen, one at a time, into the Load cells in the Vehicles section.
This will “remove” the work from the top of the screen as it has now been allocated.
Click on the first row of the Vehicle section and press the Enter key equal to the number of drivers that have work planned against them.

This highlights their work as “something” that you want to interact with.
Right click on any of these rows and select the options Vehicle / PDA Manifest then Send Selected.

This will send the work to the Manifest App for these drivers.
Note: if the system automatically “de=selects” these rows, there is not an issue.
The traffic pad actions a refresh every 2 minutes and this can cause this to happy.
Select the rows again and follow the actions to send the work to the driver.
